Questions about your plan, billing or wallet?
Plans and prices change over time. The pricing page is always the up-to-date reference. This article explains how it all works.
Plans at a glance
Plan | For | How you pay |
|---|---|---|
Free | Trying NeuralTrust and small projects | Nothing. No credit card, no monthly bill. Includes a monthly usage allowance. |
Standard | Growing teams | A fixed monthly fee that goes straight into your wallet as usage credit, plus pay-per-use beyond that. |
Enterprise | Governance at scale | Committed volume at custom rates, with enterprise features (SSO/SCIM, audit logs, private deployment, SLA…). |
All plans include both TrustGate and TrustGuard. You pay for usage, not per product.
How the wallet works
Your Standard fee, and any funds you add, sit in your organization’s wallet. Usage is deducted from it as you go.
Usage means the requests your apps make, plus features metered by use, such as smart routing, security processing, topic classification, and document and URL inspection. Current rates are on the pricing page.
Model token costs are separate. They’re billed at your model provider’s rates.
Unused credit never expires.
Avoiding surprises
Sign in to the console to add funds at any time.
Set a spending limit, a low-balance alert and auto recharge.
If the wallet runs out on Standard, requests pause until you add funds or the next month begins. Auto recharge prevents this.
If you reach the Free limits, service pauses at no cost until the next month, or until you upgrade.
Changing plans
Upgrading from Free to Standard keeps your account, gateways, API keys and URLs exactly as they are.
Downgrade or cancel at any time. Your account moves to Free at the end of the month, and your wallet balance stays with you.
Need committed volume, an SLA, an MSA or DPA, or no usage-based cutoff? That’s Enterprise. Talk to an expert.
