Compliance
Where to find our certifications, security documentation and GDPR information.
NeuralTrust Trust Center
Our Trust Center is the single source of truth for NeuralTrust’s security and compliance posture. It is always up to date and includes:
Compliance: the frameworks and certifications we currently hold
Controls: the security controls we have in place and their status
Resources: security documentation such as reports, policies and certificates (some documents require an access request and acceptance of an NDA)
Subprocessors: the third-party providers that process data on our behalf

GDPR
NeuralTrust, S.L. is based in Spain and complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
Is there a “GDPR certificate”? No company can be “GDPR certified” across the board. The GDPR does allow voluntary certification schemes (Articles 42–43), but they only cover specific processing activities. They are not a general proof of compliance and are not mandatory. When the Trust Center lists GDPR, it means we commit to complying with the regulation. It does not mean a certification body has issued us a seal.
We demonstrate GDPR compliance through:
Data Processing Agreement (DPA): available on request, and included with Enterprise contracts
Subprocessor list: published in the Trust Center
International transfers: covered by appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses) where applicable
Technical and organisational measures: documented in the Trust Center under Controls and Resources

If you need a completed security questionnaire, a signed DPA or another document that isn’t in the Trust Center, open a ticket from this portal and pick the Security & Compliance category.
