Reporting a security vulnerability

If you think you’ve found a vulnerability in a NeuralTrust product, report it to us privately:

• Customers: open a request with Request type: Security.

• Everyone else: email [security@neuraltrust.ai].

In your report, include the affected product, a description of the impact and steps to reproduce it. We’ll acknowledge it within [2 business days] and keep you updated until it’s fixed.

Please don’t access other users’ data, disrupt our services, or share details publicly before we’ve confirmed a fix.

Think your credentials are compromised? Rotate the affected API keys right away, then open a request with Request type: Security and Severity S1.
