A request was blocked by TrustGuard: what now?
First, find out why. Every block comes with findings that name the gate or detector that fired. Look up the request in Activity, or reproduce it in the policy’s Test tab, which doesn’t affect production.
If it was a legitimate block, the policy worked as intended. Share the finding with the user or the agent owner.
If it was a false positive:
Adjust the detector rule: add conditions, or change its action from Block to Monitor or, for DLP, to Transform(masking).
Exempt specific traffic with a Skip gate. Place it below any Block you want to keep.
Rolling out a new policy? Start in Observe mode, review Activity for a few days, then switch to Enforce.

When to open a request: when a detector is consistently wrong on your traffic. Use type Issue and product TrustGuard, and include the request ID and the finding. Please don’t paste sensitive prompt content; the request ID is enough for us.
