Connecting MCP servers
From the catalog
Choose a server from the Servers catalog and attach it to a User, Group or MCP Application.
Each employee connects their own account from the Employee portal. For shared accounts, an admin connects once.

Add any remote MCP server as a custom server.
Turn your REST APIs into MCP tools with APIs as tools.
Common issues
OAuth fails with “redirect URI not allowed”: some vendors still need to approve our callback. Open a request naming the vendor and we’ll follow up with them.
A tool doesn’t show up: check it isn’t restricted by a policy or by the user’s permissions, then refresh the agent’s tool list.
“Consent required”: the user hasn’t connected their account for that server yet.
